How do I reset my progress?

Currently, your progress is tied to your account. If you need to restart, please contact our support team and we'll help you reset your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel your Helm subscription. Visit our cancellation guide for detailed instructions.

Will I lose access immediately after cancelling?

No. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your progress and data remain saved.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open the Helm app, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your personal data is securely stored and never shared with third parties. Read our privacy policy for complete details.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app's profile menu. Tap the profile icon, scroll down, and select "Delete account". This action is permanent.
